This may be the most important exercise I teach my new Cressi Performance clients. You see, this is not just a training exercise; it is also an estimate. If you can not raise your arms above your head without compensating for your lower back – or depriving you of pain – then it is a sign that you have really lost an important movement pattern. Check out the video and practice this day in the warm-up!

Perform the rows correctly.
We all know that it is important to do as much (if not more!) Traction as you do. However, what many people fail to realize is that you get the benefits of all these rowing exercises if you really do them right! Check out this detailed video for all the common bugs we see with my favorite variations, the constant 1 line cable routing. Perform twice a week on the upper body:

Position the upper back to move properly.
Are you hugging over the computer while reading this? Of course you are!Well, you will gladly know that misery deserves company, so you are not alone. There are many people out there – including passionate exercises – who acquire Kwasimodo posture because they are always in a rounded upper back position.

I see very ugly, sore shoulders on a weekly basis and I can guarantee you that if more people took these recommendations to heart, I would see much less! These are quick and easy adjustments that need to be made, so do not delay putting them into operation.

We must stick together in times of crisis. The most effective thing we can do to contain the coronavirus right now is to just leave the house if absolutely necessary. Most of them now work from home and many leisure activities are no longer available.

This also includes going to the gym. In that regard, however, we have good news for you: There are numerous exercises that you can do well and easily from home. There are a number of exercises that you can easily do at home without any equipment. After all, not everyone has an elliptical machine or other fitness equipment on hand.

Effective and practical in any place: lounge, also called lounge (English for “step forward”) among fitness enthusiasts. As the name suggests, you need to take a big step forward for this exercise. You have reached the correct position when the upper and lower legs form a 90 degree angle. Move your body slightly forward and then straighten again. If you have small weights at home, you can use them to intensify the exercise.
